SWIM: .5 pool with kicks

Thursday, 8/27
RUN: 4 miles recovery on trails @ 9:13
BIKE: 15 miles HARD with Chris
abs, pilates, legs

RUN: 21 miles; 20 miles @ 8:18, with last 1.5@ 7:28.

SWIM: 1.5 mile swim with 400m kicks
